Terms & Conditions

  1. Over 18's ONLY, ID will be required if our drivers suspect you may be underage, please do not be offended if asked!
  2. Deliveries will ONLY be made to a recognised address with a postcode given. No parks, no car parks, no exceptions.
  3. A mobile and/or home telephone number must be provided for every order.
  4. Delivery will be refused if you are not seen to have left a residential address.
  5. We have a Minimum order of £30
  6. Orders will be dispatched within 5 minutes of your order as soon as payment has cleared, any cancellations or no shows will result in a charge.
  7. Our drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery should they believe you are either under age, overly intoxicated or being physically/verbally abusive.
  8. IF drivers believe the customer is purchasing alcohol for a minor delivery will be refused.
  9. Details of physically abusive customers will be passed onto the police and your address will no longer be eligible for delivery.
  10. No card details will be retained and no details will be passed on to any third parties.
  11. Prices of drinks and special offers are subject to change without prior notice.
  12. We reserve the right to offer in our complete discretion different customers different special offers, promotions and the ability to enter different competitions.
  13. All our prices include Value Added Tax, unless otherwise stated.
  14. We accept payment by cash and most major debit/credit cards where Chip and Pin will be required upon delivery
  15. The Management reserves the right to refuse service without giving any valid reason
